Once you have handed in your application form you can download a draft tenancy agreement from by clicking on the property in the ‘Properties’ section. Please ensure that once you download a draft tenancy agreement that you take it to the DSU to be checked.
All Safety Certificates are available on request from our office.
Should you have any questions relating to any of our literature then please don’t hesitate to ask.
